I don't often blog about sports, and when I do it's about baseball (opening day coming soon!) Yes, I'm a Mavericks fan (due to living in Dallas for three years.) No, I don't believe the Mavs have any shot at all. They probably didn't have a shot even before Dirk Nowitzki bent his leg backwards. But I did want to point everyone to this gem by Jason Kidd:
“Winning has always been a great deodorant”
Most definitely, Mr. Kidd.
The guys on the ticket (KTCK) haven't played the "Most Definitely" song recently (to my knowledge), but they were really excited to have Kidd back so they could continue their "most definitely" bit. I still listen to Ticket podcasts, so I'll be on the look out for fake Jason Kidd singing "Most Definitely."

I lived in Arlington back in the day of JKidd's first tour of duty with the Mavs, and the local sports talkheads were merciless with him. I have vague memories of them cutting together interview excerpts into a song called "Most Definitely."
Please tell me they're still playing it.
